Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Exchange We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To request an exchange, email us at [your email] with your order number and the size you need. Exchange shipping charges (both ways) are to be borne by the customer.

Refunds Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Defective or damaged product received

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Sale or discounted items
